    Emergencies

    If you experience a dental emergency during office hours and are still in the area, please call us at (928) 446-4154 and we will take care of you immediately.

    After hours, please call 911.

    Payment

    Payment is expected on the day of service. We accept only: cash, cashier checks (payable to Yasmin Ruiz), traveler’s checks, credit cards (Visa¬†& MasterCard only and note there is a 3% international fee in credit cards).

    Cancellations

    We strive to establish and maintain good relationships with our patients. We make every effort to keep our fees reasonable, but missed appointments can make this difficult. We appreciate you as a patient and in return we ask for the same consideration. Please note the following:

    • We require 48 hours notice (2 business days) to cancel an appointment.
    • For repeated late cancellations and missed appointments, penalty fees will be added to your account.
    • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, our office reserves the right to reschedule you.

    Insurance

    We do not accept insurance but can help you fill your insurance forms if needed.
